Earlier this week I was approached to be interviewed about suicide prevention to provide soundbites to go with a radio news bulletin for World Suicide Prevention Day (that's today, btw).

They also used my voice and my words during the morning news bulletins. I was so chuffed to be asked, and so proud of myself for not succumbing to my self doubt.
